How can I request my certificate?

If you've completed a Tier 2 or higher workshop, you can request a signed certificate to be sent via post and email.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes, most workshops can be gifted by purchasing and providing the recipient's details. Some workshops require an application and evaluation, as noted in the comments section.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or returns are not permitted. However, you may transfer your voucher to another upcoming workshop, subject to availability.

Do I need prior experience to attend?

Prior experience is beneficial but not required. Although some workshops may need prior experience.

How many participants are in each workshop?

We limit attendance to 20 participants to ensure personalized attention.

How long does each workshop last?

Most workshops run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., totaling 7 hours. Lunch and snacks are provided.
