LOUD Creative Workshops

1. Introduction
Welcome to LOUD Creative Workshops ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our workshops, events, and services. By registering for or attending any of our workshops, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to attend. 2.2 LOUD reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone at our discretion.

3. Registration and Payment
3.1 Registration is required for all workshops and is subject to availability. 3.2 Full payment is required upon registration to confirm your spot. 3.3 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. 3.4 LOUD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or an alternative date.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. 4.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. 4.3 If LOUD cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1 All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors and fellow attendees. 5.2 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund. 5.3 LOUD has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to notes, videos, and handouts, remain the intellectual property of LOUD and its instructors. 6.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share workshop materials without prior written consent. 6.3 Any creative work produced during the workshop remains the property of the participant unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 LOUD is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the workshop. 7.2 Participation in workshops is at your own risk. You agree to release LOUD and its facilitators from any liability arising from your participation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal information collected during registration will only be used for workshop-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 8.2 Workshops may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant LOUD permission to use your image unless you opt out in writing.

9. Amendments and Updates
9.1 LOUD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 9.2 Continued participation in our workshops implies acceptance of any changes made.
